I'm a Hufflepuff, Cancer, and Enneagram 4. In other words, I'm a major softy and it seeps into everything I do - especially photography. I can't help but empathize with everyone around me, and I believe this is my photography superpower. I fully channel that nostalgic lens to help you remember exactly how every photo felt to experience.
As a fine art photographer, I pay very close attention to detail. Whether that means actual details - stray hairs, hand placement - or the more subtle emotional details that best tell your story. And while the irreplaceable memories that we create together are important, my main role is to help guide you through the process of feeling deeply, and loving fully, ultimately committing those tiny moments to memory.
I've got 6 fluffy mouths to feed: an English Bulldog, a ginger kitty, and 4 sweet bunnies. Almost all of my time spent at home is with a dog posing as my shadow. If we see each other in person, I'm begging you to ask to see photos of them. Trust me, I've got plenty.

You see how my highlights keep detail, and the light feels so fresh and luminous in my photos? Yep, that's because of the film. There's a time and a place for both mediums, and I love every opportunity to bring out the film!

I've mastered the technique of using an artist's eye when photographing the everyday parts of a wedding. I know how to direct you into a natural "pose" for portraits, I know the best angles of your reception tables to encapsulate the feeling you got when you first saw it all put together. And while these curated, intentional photos are important to telling your story, I think we would all agree that life is lived in spontaneity. Your mother wiping a tear during the heartfelt vows. The explosive laughter that comes from your best friend when you tell an inside joke just before the ceremony. The hand holds and hugs and funny faces that happen all throughout the day; those are the things you might miss in the moment, but the ones you want to remember as the years pass. Those are the moments I'll keep for you, and they'll go well together with the curated moments too.

I pride myself in my prompt responses. Every email (inquiry or existing client) is responded to within 24 hours maximum. But let's be real, I'm glued to my phone and typically respond within an hour whenever possible. When it comes to photography, I am the most outgoing person you will ever meet. I become part of the family nearly instantly, and I'll never be afraid to chat up your guests to convince them to let me take their picture for you. I become an honorary best friend, and it's my favorite part of this job: human connection.
